Study reveal that Bitter Kola contain carbohydrate of 70.31% ( abundant ), moisture content of 9.28% was significantly high, ash 4.17%, crude fibre 3,94% , crude protein 11.27%, ether extract/fat 1.03 were present in appreciable amount. The level of vitamin C, calcium, potassium, and iron were significantly high. This result suggest that Bitter Kola posses nutritional and healthy benefit.
